Editorial Policy
How we research, build and maintain our calculators and content.

Our standards
CalcBundle publishes calculators and supporting guides to help business owners make better decisions. We hold our content to a simple standard: it should be accurate, transparent about its assumptions, genuinely useful, and honest about its limits. We would rather show a clear estimate with its methodology than a false-precision “exact” number.
How our calculators are built
- Transparent formulas. Each calculator's method is documented on its page, including the core formulas and a worked example.
- Tested logic. The calculation code is separated from the interface and covered by an automated test suite, so results are consistent and predictable.
- Clear assumptions. Where a result relies on assumptions — such as industry valuation multiples or marketplace fee estimates — we state them and label estimated figures.
Accuracy and updates
We review our formulas and reference data periodically and when we are made aware of changes. Some inputs, such as Amazon marketplace fees, change over time; we keep this data in one place, show when it was last reviewed, and remind users to verify current figures with the source before making decisions.
Corrections
If you believe a calculator or article contains an error, please tell us via our contact page. We take accuracy seriously and will review and correct confirmed issues promptly.
Independence and advertising
Our calculators are free to use and may be supported by advertising. Advertising never influences the results a calculator produces or the methodology behind it. Any advertising is clearly distinguishable from our editorial content. See our disclaimer for the limits of the information we provide.
Not professional advice
Our content is for general information and education only and is not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. For significant decisions, consult a qualified professional.
